Qualifications: o Graduate from a reputed institute. o Fresher – 1 year of experience in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or customer engagement role, preferably in real estate. o Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; additional languages preferred. o Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in real estate. o Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to manage multiple clients efficiently. o Ability to work independently and under pressure. o Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive lead conversions. o Strong follow-up and reporting skills to ensure lead tracking and conversion. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Familiarity with CRM tools (Lead Hero preferred). o Strong email communication, WhatsApp engagement, and lead management skills.
